We provide free online tools for calculating, converting, text processing, development, image processing and more. The tools run locally in your browser and need no account.

We may add, change, suspend or remove tools at any time and do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for your particular needs.

Results are calculated from general formulas, public rules and the data you enter. They may be inaccurate because of rounding, rule changes, input errors or individual differences.

Health, finance and academic results are not medical, financial, lending, tax, legal or academic advice. For decisions about your health, money or education, rely on a qualified professional or the relevant official body.

You agree to follow applicable laws and not to use the site to:

1. Create or spread illegal content, or support fraud, gambling, pornography or other illegal activity, including QR codes that link to such content or fake payment codes;

2. Impersonate anyone, or use generated mock data (such as phone numbers, names or emails) to register accounts, send messages or in other real-world settings;

3. Infringe anyone's intellectual property, image, privacy or other rights, for example by processing images or text you have no right to use;

4. Attack, scrape, mirror or otherwise interfere with the site.

You are solely responsible for the consequences of breaking these rules.

Text, numbers, images and files you use are processed on your device. We do not store, review or have access to them. You are responsible for having the right to process that content and for its legality. See our Privacy notice for details.

The site's design, code and copy, and the Xingqiushi (星球狮) name and logo, belong to Xingqiushi. You may not copy or mirror the site, or use the name or logo to promote anything or imply a partnership, without written permission.

Rights in what you create with the tools (such as QR codes, formatted code or compressed images) follow the rights in your original content; we claim none.

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.

The site may link to third-party websites, which are responsible for their own content and services.

We may update these terms to reflect legal or service changes. Updates are posted on this page with a new effective date, and continuing to use the site means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, failing which they will be submitted to a competent court where the site operator is located.
