How it works

Formula

Grades 1–2: BMI 15% + vital capacity 15% + 50 m 20% + sit-and-reach 30% + rope skipping 20%
Grades 3–4 add sit-ups (10%); grades 5–6 add the 50 m × 8 shuttle run (10%), with reweighting
Grades 7–12: as university (long jump, pull-ups/sit-ups, 1000/800 m)

Worked example

Given: Grade 1 boy, 125 cm, 23.4 kg, 1180 ml, 50 m in 11.0 s, sit-and-reach 8.8 cm, 73 skips

  1. BMI ≈ 15.0 → 100.
  2. Every other item is exactly at the 76-point band.
  3. 15 + 76 × 85% = 79.6.

Result: 79.6: pass.
